Manufacturing
The manufacturer is still on track to finish Oct 15. The games will then be loaded on to vessels ready to depart Oct 17! We are very thankful to our manufacturer for pulling through for us in such a quick time, even while dealing with a natural disaster.
Freight
Freight begins Oct 17! The shipments will arrive at various ports around the world between November 6 and November 18th depending on location. From the ports, it will take ~1 week to get to the fulfillment centers and unloaded. This means fulfillment should start in most / all areas by November 26th. Of course, this is dependent upon us not receiving inspections, or any of the other million things that can cause delays during freight.
Fulfillment
In previous campaigns, we have tried to structure fulfillment such that everyone receives their games at the same time. We have since discovered that is simply too hard to execute, because of the many variables affecting fulfillment in each region. For example, during the Brass campaign, we held back fulfillment in South East Asia so people in this zone received their game at around the same time as people in Europe, USA and Canada. This actually ended up backfiring because fulfillment was then delayed in Europe and USA, and by the time we asked the fulfillment center in China to start sending orders, they were now backed up with other projects. The end result was many South East Asia backers actually receiving their games last, even though they are the closest to the factory.
As such, it is now our policy to perform fulfillment in each region as soon as the games are received by the fulfillment center in that region. So know that when you receive your order, it is the absolute earliest we could have delivered it within your region.

PAX Unplugged 2018
PAX U 2017 was amazing for us and we have even bigger plans for 2018! This convention cannot happen without the ability to sell product, which is why we waited until the freight and fulfillment schedule were verified before we finalized our huge and expensive booth. We have confirmed that the majority of backers will receive their product by this time. Unfortunately, due to the typhoon delay, it is possible that a small number of backers will not yet have it in hand. We will not be doing pickup this year at PAX Unplugged, as most / all of USA packages will be delivered to US backers by then anyway. We don't want to spoil what we have in store quite yet, but PAX U 2018 will be our biggest con presence ever!

Fulfillment Report!
The past few weeks have been a bit of a whirlwind of activity with fulfillment. The good thing is, there have been no catastrophic events, or show-stopping hurdles so far.
The dates below are estimates.
Europe Port Arrival Date: Arrived! Europe Fulfillment Starts: Nov 30 Current Status: Containers arriving at the Fulfillment Center. Packaging and preparing for shipping. The EU fulfillment start date was delayed a few days because we needed to change fulfillment services at the last minute (due to backup facing Gamesquest). We were luckily able to immediately divert the shipment to Spiral Galaxy, who will now be starting to send the games out November 30! We were super fortunate that Spiral Galaxy was able to take this job on with such short notice!
USA Port Arrival Date: Arrived! USA Fulfillment Starts: Nov 29 Current Status: One container has arrived at the fulfillment center, the other 2 will be delivered Wednesday. Shipping will begin Wednesday. The USA fulfillment start date was delayed a few days, because not all of the containers could get onto a train before Thanksgiving, and apparently the entire country shuts down for half a week during this holiday.
Canada Port Arrival Date: Arrived! Canada Fulfillment Starts: Started! Current State: Shipped orders - 400/850 - We assume they will be completely done within a week.
Asia (and Rest-of-world) Port Arrival Date: Arrived! Asia (and Rest-of-world) Fulfillment Starts (Est): Nov 28 Current State: Packaging and preparing for shipping. VFI was delayed 9 days and is currently packing up games to get ready for shipment. They have told us they will begin in earnest on Wednesday.
Australia Port Arrival Date: Arrived! Australia Fulfillment Starts: Packages being sent out Current State: Shipped orders - 224 / 320 - There was an error with the freight to Gameology. Some of the Huntress / Tactician boxes were somehow left at the factory. The factory immediately air shipped them to Australia. They should be arriving within a day or two. We assume they will complete the last hundred orders within the week.

Roxley was at Spiel Essen last week! We sold every single game for a total of 550 games over the 4 days! Brass Birmingham sold out in under 4 hours.
